DATAROSS Control — Remote Support Download

Windows: double-click the downloaded file. Click "More info → Run anyway" if SmartScreen warns. Click "Yes" at the UAC prompt.
Linux: open a terminal in your Downloads folder, then run: bash &lt;the downloaded file&gt;
macOS: open Terminal, drag the downloaded file into the terminal window, then press Enter. (macOS does not allow double-click to run scripts.)

Computer Name (optional)

Helps your technician identify this PC. Leave blank to use the PC's hostname.

Tag / Department (optional)

Used to group sessions in the technician dashboard.
